Our Story
At Vanilla Street Bakery, we believe great desserts start with great ingredients. Everything we make — from our signature Medovik honey cake to our delicate macarons — is crafted entirely from scratch in our Laguna Hills kitchen.
We use mostly organic ingredients, only natural flavors, and take care to reduce sugar so the true character of each ingredient can shine through. No shortcuts. No artificial anything.
